Thanks for your interest in my photography.

I thought I'd share some details and fun facts about me. I've worked as a photographer for my entire professional life. I began taking pictures with an SLR when I was 11 and did my first newspaper photo shoots when I was 17.

I love travel and have spent more time in Brazil, the Dominican Republic, and France than any other countries.

I have a website devoted to photography of Animals and Donuts. You can see my work at: animaldonut.com

If you are on Instagram, you can follow me at instagram.com/animaldonut. Thanks!

I photograph heart, knee, hand and wrist surgery. I also shoot video of many operations a year (in scrubs).

I have a great family and one member is a white siberian husky named Maximus. Maximus gets a walk as soon as I finish each photo shoot.

In college I studied biology and chemistry for several years. My major was biology and I was on track to go to medical school and become a doctor. But my love of photography won out :)

I have photographed Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Dave Matthews, Jane Goodall, Michael Jordan, and Larry Bird. My pictures have appeared in the New York Times, Forbes, and other publications.

I play a crazy amount of tennis. I love the sport. I've photographed Federer and Nadal at the French Open in Paris.

I truly love photography because it lets me connect with people through my art.

It means a lot to me that all of the people who have left testimonials for me are real people, and I have contributed to their lives, their businesses, and the way they are perceived by other people through the photos I make of them. My father is pictured on the home page and he says that his headshot has really helped him in his work.

Mostly I like that I bring happiness to others through my photos.
